21-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 21-days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Visit the Submit your Return page to initiate a return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send return instructions and, if applicable, aΒ shippingΒ label.Β Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, orΒ incorrect item, submit your return withinΒ 48 hours of delivery, alongΒ with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

In-store Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability.

No Restocking Fees

Julielle does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale & clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
